Our Rates

We operate a No Fix - No Fee policy which means if we can't fix your PC you don't pay.*

Our Standard Labour Charge is £25.00 for the first hour (minimum charge 1 hour).
Additional time after the first hour is charged in 30 minute sessions at £12.50 per session.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

Travelling Cost	No charge up to 10 miles radius of Bethesda and includes service areas* (each additional mile is subject to extra charge).

Data Backup on USB drive, external hard drive, CD or DVD*** includes backup of media, emails, system files etc	£25.00 plus optional purchases: USB Flash drive - £6 (2Gb) to up to £25 (256Gb) External Hard Drive - £50 for 1Tb DVD & CD - £2.00 per disk
Virus Detection & Removal	Standard Labour Charge
Hardware Upgrades and Software Installation	Standard Labour Charge plus cost of components and/or software
Data Recovery	Standard Labour Charge (inc. DATA BACKUP charge if required)

Estimates will be given prior to ordering of components & software. All work is fully guaranteed and all components/systems carry a minimum 1 year warranty.

*Our service area is within 10 miles radius of Bethesda and includes these areas: Bethesda, Bangor, Llanfairfechan, Penmaenmawr, Menai Bridge, Llanfair PG, Gaerwen, Caernarfon, Bethel, Deiniolen, Llanberis, Capel Curig.

**Requires off-site procedure. PC will be returned within quoted timescale. Cost includes pick up/drop off and home setup. A valid Microsoft Windows Operating System licence number is required.
Includes installation of Windows updates and drivers. Limited to Windows 8, 8.1,10, 11 (subject to Microsoft support program).

***Customer is recommended to make a back up of important files or if you wish we can make a back up of your data on USB/external hard drive, CD or DVD if required, subject to DATA BACKUP charge.
